Who is responsible

Nomad Realty, Puerto Morelos, Quintana Roo, Mexico, is responsible for the personal data you share through this website. Contact: info@nomadrealty.club.

What we collect and why

Through the contact form or WhatsApp we receive your name, email, phone number, the project you are interested in, your budget range, your timeline and any message you write. We use them only to answer your inquiry, send you information about properties you asked about and follow up on your search. We do not sell or rent your data.

Who helps us

Form messages are delivered to our inbox by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co). WhatsApp conversations are handled by WhatsApp/Meta. The map uses OpenStreetMap tiles, fonts are served by Google Fonts and exchange rates come from the European Central Bank via frankfurter.app; these services may see your IP address when the page loads them.

How long we keep it

We keep your inquiry while we are helping you with your search and for up to two years after our last contact, and delete it earlier if you ask.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete or object to the use of your data (ARCO rights under Mexico’s Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties) by writing to info@nomadrealty.club. We reply within 20 business days.
