Portofino 28 is a 24-condo building by Grupo 28 at Calle 68 and 10 Avenida, in Colonia Luis Donaldo Colosio: two blocks from a Blue Flag, pet-friendly beach and walking distance to Fifth Avenue, Martina Beach Club and the cafés of the area. The ground floor has three retail units.

There are three layouts: a 2-bedroom of 57 m² with two terraces, one with a panoramic sea view; a 1-bedroom of 43 m²; and a 1.5-bath 1-bedroom of 51 m² with a long terrace.
